Anyone know what games are due to earn this designation in the near future? Also, does anyone know how to discover this information?

I read in another forum that Soul Calibur 2 may become a Player's Choice game for GC, but as far as other games, I'm not sure.

I've seen a ad on IGN's board for Player's Choice games. In it, it has Soul Calibur II shown in a Player's Choice case.

The next wave of Xbox games is Brute Force, Enter the Matrix, Need for Speed: Hot Persuit 2, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Dave Mirra Frestyle BMX 2, Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and Finding Nemo.

Those were all on Xbox.com i believe...They are already officially platinum hits. Xbox.com keeps a list on thier site I think.

with PS2 games they have to be out for something like 8 months plus have made a certain amount of $$$ ( how much? I can't remember) so if the game just came out, you gotta wait....

i dont think they have to make a certain amount of money....i think its like 600, 000 sold and 6 months for ps2

9 months and 400,000 copies for ps2. and xbox will make anything a platinum hits.
