Gamestop online preorder question.

I preordered Battlefield 2: Modern Combat for Xbox from Gamestop.com about a month ago, and I would like to cancel the preorder in light of being able to pay about the same amount of money for Conker and Far Cry this week. I never received a confirmation e-mail from them. When I log on to Gamestop.com and check my order, there is no option to cancel the order like on Ebgames.com. So my question is, Does anyone know how to cancel a preorder from Gamestop.com? Do I have to e-mail them or give them a call? All help is appreciated, thanks.

EDIT: Plus, I'm about to get Pwnt by Hurricane Wilma on Monday so theres no way this game will get to me.
