Alright, I just got to watch Game 4 between the Lakers and Spurs...and all I can say is WOW! Kobe just put on a show, I mean just WOW. Now I know that being a fan of Lakers has its ups and downs especially on message boards, but on here I feel comfortable enough to say it on here. And for the record, I am not a bandwagoner...I have liked the Lakers since Magic, and even when they had Nick and Eddie before Kobe was even there. But for Kobe to put up 42 on the same day/night he pleaded not guilty in court...that's just amazing. I will not share my opinion of the case against Kobe, but you gotta admit, what he did tonight was just flat out WOW!

I have to disagree with you about Kobe. Kobe is without a doubt the best scorer in the league. There isn't anyonein the league I would rather take the last shot to win the game. But the best all around player in the league is Kevin Garnett. I know you'll say I'm biased, but look at the numbers....it's hard to argue with.

I'm not a bandwagoner....Pick a sport....I'm a loyal fan to a team for life...sometimes they are really good teams (UK basketball cuz I'm from KY) and other times they suck (I'll root for the Reds in baseball til I die and they suck...). Put shaq on the wolves they be lucky to win one championship. neither shaq or kevin is a go to guy at the end of the game. reason why the wolves are doing good this year is sam cassel. sam cassel can hit the clutch shot and he IS the go to guy when the game is on the line even kevin garnett said it.

KG might not be a go to guy in the traditional-MJ sense, but he can beat you at the end of the game in a variety of ways. Here is where you say he's too selfish, which I am tired of hearing. By the way...did you watch Mondays game? What did Cassell do in the 4th quarter...played 2 minutes and committed 5 fouls. Garnett - 15 points in the 4th and overtime. I don't know how you define a go to player, but that's it right there.

I do agree though, Caseell has been great for them this year and without him they might not be where they are.

i think Lstorm means 'taking the last shot of the game when there's 2 seconds left' as a go to guy...yea kg's not a go to guy in the way u define him, Lstorm, but he doesn't have to be b/c he produces great numbers anyway...and i agree w/ sam being a big help this season..hes great :D

not trying to flame too. swetooth got it right. i meant to say casell is a clutch shooter not afraid to take a shot like kobe. look what he did for the rockets. kevin is a VERY good player. only problem sometimes is that he passes up shots too much. he need to take charge and start shooting more in the 4th quarter.

for the KINGS they are the biggest chokes in nba history. they should be up 3-0. they will not beat the Twolves. everytime the game is tight in the 4th doug christie, chris webber, and divac tends to fold. don't believe me look at the past lakers vs kings playoff history. peja was on that list till this year. now him and especially bibby is the only guy that shows up during the 4th quarter for the kings

i'm a laker fan going back to the day of showtime and i RESPECT the kings fan. they show up, they cheer for their team BIG TIME. Unlike the alot of the laker fans. most of them are bandwagon mofo's. where were they after magic retired and before shaq came to La. i watched the team play and cheered for them during the days of sedal threatt, cedric ceballos, nick van exel, eddie jones and elden campbell. The kings fans have been there even when they were losing in the past with players like brian grant, Danny Ainge, Wayman Tisdale and Lionel Simmons. the kings fans are lounder then the laker fans. laker fans are always on their damn cell phones and late every game.

anyways i hope they do meet and go to game 7. and you know who i'll be cheering for.
