What program rips audio from a dvd?

didnt know where to post this but since this is a pc general discussion...

does anyone have any experience with this?

what program works the best?

and what is the audio saved as?

I use DVD Decryptor to rip the VOBs from the DVD

Then, I use DG Index to rip the audio from the vobs (while making a project file).

Both can be found at doom9.net

I also recommend that you normalize DVD audio, since it's awfully quiet.
