What comes in an n-gage game?

Basically I want to know if n-gage games all small clear case for the actual game (that clear plastic thing). I have 2 bombermans and one is sealed and one is open. The open one has no small, clear, plastic case with it, and I want to know if this is complete or if the piece is missing.
