Yeah, they're all fac sealed.
Unfortunately, I don't think I'm going to trade/sell it, and my friend I was with bought the only other one.
We bought six of these a few months ago and ebayed them...its the pack without the game, just the wristband and the card.

I hear I can use this for Xbox 360 Live as well, so I might end up keeping it. Of course, if it turns out I can't, I'll probably sell it.
