I saw this video the other day, and it's not a hoax it makes sense.
Firstly, Tifa does not have any elemental defense whatsoever.
Second, she has two mastered HP plus materias, and HP/MP switch which is why she has so much MP.
She has counter mime, final attack mime, final attack life, two hp plus, two magic plus, hp/mp switch, knights of the round, mp turbo, underwater materia, and w summon.
She's wearing the premium heart, wizard bracelet, and circlet.
In order to have tifa at level 7, you just have to kill her off and keep her dead throughout the entire game.
In the battle, she opens with W-Summon knights of the round and uses up most of her mp.
She is killed, revives herself with the LOW MP cost life 1, and then mimics knights of the round with final attack. To those who thought she used phoenix, did you see phoenix? No. Final attack mastered combined with a life materia allows you to revive yourself five times.
The one move that emerald weapon uses is a percentage, 2/3 of your life. It does 10 damage to her when she has 16 hp, and she counters with knights of the round.
All in all it's fairly simple, and none of it is a hoax. You just have to understand how it works.
