Didn't finish it cause I just don't like spending all that time on RPGs anymore, but VP is pretty awesome. it's got side scroller platforming segments, no random battles, deep battle system, deep character and ability system, an interesting story, hilariously bad voice acting etc. it's a one of a kind game, i can see why everyone sweats it.

speaking of this whole aftermath thing-- do all RPG characters go out and get normal jobs after saving the world? I mean, it's gotta be weird. One minute, he's fighting Sephiroth in the lifestream or w/e it's called, the next minute he's a faceless delivery man in Midgar. I guess it wouldn't matter either way if he was banging Tifa.

this is true. Porn being one of the most profitable industries in the world, and with the world's obsession with seeing famous people having sex, you could put out a few vids and can make enough cash to last a lifetime, easily. That's what I'm doing after I save the world.
