I discounted this game for quite some time, but reading more on it, the thing looks pretty sweet. I might have to think about picking this up next week.

Yeah I watched the preview on Gamespot and IGN. The game looks pretty good. The combat system looks to flow nicely (God of War, MK: SM style) but I am waiting to get a hands on try before I pass full judgement. I loved the Matrix but so far it's games havn't been up to par. This game may be or may not. Going to have to wait for reveiws on this one.

Love the avatar OP. Invisible rep given.

I have plans to buy it like 3 years from now, when the price drops to 9.99 hahha. I own the first matrix and i beat the game 3 times , so i really do enjoy those type of games.

I enjoyed EtM the 1st play through of both characters then after that i started to notice how bad it really was, and how fast the price dropped

so basing my buy on the last matrix game, i'll wait for it to drop to $20, this game does look much better though, guess i'll wait for the reviews and hopefully they have a better ending for revolutions

I rented this today, I'll give my impressions within the next day or so.

Thats right, I rented a game that comes out Tuesday, today. Go figure, my rental place obviously made a mistake and put this out.

It's....decent. Worth a rental just because you get to play as Neo. The fighting is kinda fun. Be warned though, the only original voice actor is Morpheus. Everyone else they hired sound alikes andyou can definitely tell.

BTW, I'm a HUGE matrix nut so I had to have it day 1.

Just beat the game. Took about 10 hours total, give or take. The alternate ending is very very very different. Totally not what I was expecting at all. Overall, the game could have used more polish and they shouldn't have been so cheap with it.

I can't believe that with this being CheapAssGamer and all you can't see that this game is, not only going to be at least 20 bucks 2 months from now, but also that there's nothing really SUPER HOT GOTTA BUY IT NOW about it.

I never thought that there was. Of course it'll go way down in price very very soon.

True, and onces it's at the $20 price point, I will actually pick it up. Its a decent game at best. So far it is better the Enter the Matrix, hard not to be actually. But it just doesn't feel like a game that I should throw $50 at, glad it was only a $6 rental.

Oh that sucks that they didn't get Keanu to do the voice. It is the Path of freakin' NEO we're talking about here! Still, as long as the fighting is cool, I'm there. (Well, I'm there no matter what since I preordered it at Gamerush). So how is the fight with 100 Smiths? Is that the best part of the game?

Yeah, the burly brawl is pretty cool. You fight like 6 or so "main" smiths at once with the rest just running around and such in the background. If you start attacking some of the "background" ones though, it's like the game sorta tags them in.
