You might have seen this in an email making the rounds. But if not, here are some good points

*****
It's time to re-evaluate our involvement. Every day there are news reports about more deaths. Every night on TV are photos of death and destruction. Why are we still there?

We occupied this land, which we had to take by force, but it causes nothing but trouble. Why are we still there?

Their government is unstable, and they have no leadership. Why are we still there?

Many of their people ar uncivilized, or at least don't speak English. Why are we still there?

There are more than 1,000 religious sects and almost as many languages and dialects, many of which we don't understand. Why are we still there?

We can't even secure the borders. Why are we still there?

They are billions of dollars in debt and it will cost billions more to rebuild, which we can't afford. Why are we still there?

It is becoming clear.

WE MUST ABANDON CALIFORNIA!

I don't think that California deserves being mocked as often as it is...

Still, if you're that worried about it, just remember that the possibility of the state breaking off due to an earthquake is still a feasible one...

There was a Tool song about this, can't remember the title, but I remember the tune and lyrics.

"Some say that a comet will fall from the sky
Followed by meteor showers and tidal waves
Followed by fault lines that cannot sit still
Followed by millions of dumbfounded dipshits..."

Ok. I knew the CD was Aenima, wasn't sure of the song title, was too lazy to find it, wherever it is around here.

Yes...he's just hiding very, very, well. And don't tell anyone else, but I've heard that Osama is currently in Seattle...Oh, and Jimmy Hoffa? Portland.

Well, if we get rid of California, that's just more for Detroit and New York to split.
Sounds good to me :)
