Tenkaichi is decent to me
Get it if you're a big fan of the series
If you like good fighting games, get Budokai 3

My advice, wait. If its anything like the other 3, it'll be $10 inside of six months.

Actually the 3rd version is pretty darn good and probably one of the best DBZ games to date. It still hasn't hit the $19.99 even yet, although it is coming out within a few weeks.
Although, I already have the original from last year, I'm going to buy the greatest hit version. The greatest hit version has some updates that I feel like owning.
People should definitely wait out on Budokai Tenkaichi. The game isn't quite as good in terms of gameplay and quality compared to B3. BT should drop in price faster than B3.

Nothing much, but off the top of my head, they updated 3 character's costumes (Goku with halo, Future Trunks with long hair, King Piccolo). They've added Japanese voices (or so I've heard) and did some minor touchups on the graphics. I think the greatest hit is just Europe's version where they got all these extras.
