And dangerous, especially when most people can't differentiate between phone lines and power lines.

Its not really that fun lookins and I dont think many people in town would like them.

Plus, you could get arrested for littering. And if you're working in the dead of night, you could be identified by some hairtrigger paranoid as a terrorist planting a bomb. Not to mention the fact that unidentified packages have a building clearing effect in everyday practice. All in all, not a very good idea.
