my cell phone went MIA during the KU/Nebraska game this weekend and I was wondering if anyone knew how I could get a hold of a cheap replacement phone...
I use T-mobile if that is relevent...
thanks

Do you have insurance on it? I've broken mine before and they just sent me a new one no questions asked. That was a couple years ago tho.

meh no insurance, i managed to dodge this bullet for 4 years now so I am actually still ahead even if i have to pay full price for a replacement... I am just trying to cut my losses for now.

4 yrs?? Your contract has to be long expired. You can get anew phone for free or dirt cheap by getting a new contract. The only drawback might be if you have some sweet ol plan they don't offer anymore.

let me clarify, I have jumped ship from cell phone company to cell phone company for 4 years. Each time getting a new sweeter phone. Its just that this time, I am 3 months into a t-mobile contract, and jumping ship would cost more in cancellation fees than the phone is worth. All I need to know is where to find a cheap used tmobile phone....

Fleabay or check in t-moblie stores. My cell provider always has used phones for sale in their stores.

I phone recently broke and I bought a replacement from ebay (It came in today). I got it for about 48 shipped. The cheapest phone the Verizon shop had was $180 (thats crazy). So check ebay.

Ive got a Nokia 6010 brand new and on the TMobile network already. I bought it for a family member under the assumption they had coverage there (map said so) but they didnt. PM me and we'll figure out something cheap and reasonable to both.

sorry supadupacheap, picked upa 6010 at walmart for 40 bones, then trucked my ass over to tmobile for the swap out. Dealing with tmobile customer service has left a bad test in my mouth i think i may switch over to cingular next year.
overall, thanks to everyone for being so helpful. I really appriciate the fact that you guys were so willing to help out.

Man the phone I got ended up messed up. Now I have to go throught the hassel of getting my money back. At least my bro knows the manager at the verizon at the mall and I can get a phone for $90
