I can't tell if you're joking or not with the :D there, but I'll opine anyway.
I like free shipping deals because no stores in this area get the games on time. Unless I want to drive 50 miles one way to get to the larger cities; I have to wait until 2nd or 3rd day after release to get them.
Free shipping saves me the $10 for next-day air and the gas/time I would spend in getting the game next-day at my "local" stores. Win/Win for me. :D

Might as well pre-order.
Pre-ordering is pointless, unless there are good bonuses to pre-ordering. You will be able to get this in store the day it comes out, just wait and buy it then, One of the big stores will probably have a better deal anyways. My guess is a store will have it on sale for around 40 bucks the first week. Unless you live in a place that gets games weeks later why preorder.

Which, personally, is the way I like it. As if there isnt enough damn FPS on the market anyhow. Besides, this comes in Nov just like Halo 2, so when you get tired of one, you switch to the other! :D
