Runaway: A Road Adventure (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?id=1063630089875&skuId=6015224&product CategoryId=cat02105&type=product) is $9.99 at Bestbuy.com. Got a 76% Gameranking. Five dollars cheaper than at CC.

Magic: The Gathering — Battle Grounds(PC) (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?id=1064607630146&skuId=6074963&product CategoryId=cat02105&type=product) is also $10 with a 71% Gameranking.

Finally, if you want to explore some classics of RPG goodness, there's the Might and Magic: Millennium Edition Collection (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?id=1061127810486&skuId=5985259&product CategoryId=cat02385&type=product) These M&M games helped fill the niche between the gold box games of yester-year and the generation starting with Ultima 7 and the BG series.

It says it includes six games but really includes three, with one of those having three adventures. There's M&M 7 which got an 8.4 Gamespot ranking, M&M 6 that got a 9.1 ranking, Thene is also has the complete World of Xeen package which Includes Clouds of Xeen and Darkside of Xeen. Those two games combined give a third adventure known as Swords of Xeen.

Also, it says it has a strategy guiode included. Hopefully a strategy guide that covers everything. I never got close to finishing World of Xeen. I would like to take a crack at it again with the walkthrough.

The Might and Magic games are GREAT. I just wish I didn't get bored so easily sitting at a PC.. I've got MM9 sitting here with like 3 or 4 hours put into it and I just can't seem to get into gear when it comes to my computer. :(

Ditto here. I've bought BF1942 for play at the office, but I haven't bought a PC game in years.

I've always been annoyed how NWC never put out a full collection of its M&M games (Isles of Terra was a great game IMO). I guess now that M&M is past part 8, it's about time.

And actually, Clouds of Xeen and Darkside of Xeen combine for the extra adventure World of Xeen. Swords of Xeen is actually an official fan game (as in fans made it with NWC's permission).

Might pick up Runaway for that price...looked halfway decent and a friend of mine said it was pretty good.

Oh, I thought World of Xeen was what they called it in the packaging when they released Darkside/Cloud together. With Sword of Xeen being the third advanture. Thanks for the info.

I think it was a trick to get us to read the thread. There are strippers in backyard wrestling.

M&M6 was my intro into RPGs, and even now, bits of the game come back to me, various areas or quests I enjoyed pop into my mind while playing other games. My original is long gone, and $9.99 sounds like a great deal to re-experience it + more, so thanks for posting! ^^

Runaway features a stripper as a main character...

Hence the title. I said you had to like stippers in your adventure games.

I was able to get the last copy of Runaway at BestBuy in Roanoke. It said $29.99 but rang up $9.99. THanks for the headsup. It's harder and harder to find games that run well on my P3.

I was actually thinking about buying this the other week. I stopped into Best Buy and they were out of the only remaining copy that's been sitting there for months.

Thanks for the tip. I just ordered one.
