Can I downgrade from my verified account? I've become fed up with the fees it comes with.

Yes, simply send them an email saying you no longer want the (whatever the hell it is called account) account. They will only do this once however so if you ever accept a CC payment again you're fucked..... unless of course you have multiple PP accounts.;)

I just found out since I'm Canadian, I'm forced into Verified or nothing.

Verified has nothing to do with it. OP, you have a Premier account and want to downgrade to a Personal account. You won't be able to receive credit card payments or use a PayPal debit card.

I'm aware of the debit card thing; I use mine a lot now, but I can get around that. And yeah, premiere was what I meant.
But apparently, according to my in real life friend, I can't downgrade since I'm Canadian.

Hmm, how strange. I've never looked into that, and I'm way too tired to do it now.
