I use it to play the SNES version of Arkanoid. I actually prefer it to the main controller in that game.
What about you?

Agreed. I was out there about a year and a half ago. Truly boring.

Unfortunately, it didn't - the first Sim City was made before the mouse was released, and Sim City 2000 didn't utilize it (a missed opportunity, imo). Sim Ant is mouse compatible, though.
I have used it for Civilization, Sim Ant, and Utopia. It worked much better than the regular controller in strategy games. Though I have Arkanoid, I don't recall ever trying it with the mouse.

I seem to recall Terminator 2 using it. Not sure though.

I think some SuperScope games may use it.
Purkeynator, it can be used with T2. There's a list of compatible games here:

Might and Magic 3: Isles of Terra is compatible with it.
I prefer that game on the computer though.
I'm still trying to find a complete copy of Mario Paint with the mouse and such...

I used to have it complete. I wish I never got rid of it. I liked the mini-game where you would swat bugs.

I may have one...
I know I still have the mouse, cart, pad, and instructions -- I'm not sure if I managed to keep the box -- I'll take a look when I visit the parents around Thanksgiving.
