This week is going to be the best week in along time for game releases. I'm going to be picking up:
Mario Kart (DS) 11/14 monday
Magna Carta (PS2) 11/14 monday
Dragon Warrior VIII (PS2) 11/15 Tuesday
Aeon Flux (PS2) 11/15 Tuesday
The Sims 2 Holiday Pack (PC) 11/17 Thursday
Man, screw the Xbox 360 launch next week......... I'll be too busy with these awesome games for a couple of weeks ( at least til Prince of Persia 3 and Mario and Luigi 2 come out at the end of the month)

Such a valid point.... Im dying for Dragon Warrior and Mario Kart. I'll see what the reviews are like for Magna Carta though.... Oh and don't forget Kingdom of Paradise and Legend of Heroes for PSP.
Shadow the Hedgehog also comes out this week. Could be fun ...

They sent our store a free copy of Mario Kart (the game and manual). We tried it out and it's really fun.

true, but it'll probably drop in price pretty quickly, so I'll wait when its $20 to pick it up

I'm personally excited about it. It looks like it's pretty good. Who said Disgaea wasn't going to be any good just before it came out ;)

Wild ARMs Alter Code: F is also shipping this week (finally). I'm also planning on getting DQ8 and Magna Carta, but I'm debating about using a GC to get Mario Kart or wait a couple weeks for Mario & Luigi 2...

weeks like this can be a bummer though, SOME game(s) is gonna get neglected. You might have a backlog of games to play until March just from this week ;)

Oh definate backlog....... but 4 more games to my backlog of 287 games ain't much........ I know I'll be playing Mario Kart DS a lot....... I actually have to finish Mario and Luigi before I really start on another RPG

check the amazon japan review score, they are not good. From the Chinese reviews i read, this isnt a great game. Disgaea actually score well from most reviews.

my week consists of:
Half Life 2 (XBX)
Mario Kart DS
and any launch X360 titles that happen to come in this week.
Hoping for- Kameo, PDZ, CoD2, and Quake 4. Maybe PGR3.

May be a great week for games but with the 360 launch next week the only thing that appeals to me is HL 2.
The best gaming week is the first or second week of January when the holiday titles that have tanked all drop to $20 :lol:.
The only thing I'm looking at getting pre-360 launch is America's Army for 360.
I'll grab Mario Kart DS the pay period after the 360.

Only thing mentioned by OP I want is Mario Kart.
However, this month is great!
Mario Kart Next week.
The following week is Snowboard Kids
The next week is Mario & Luigi
and then to start my December is Animal Crossing

Definitely a great week for games. I already have HL2 for Xbox on preorder and paid off. I'll probably pick up Dragon Warrior, Tony Hawk DS, Sonic Rush, and Mario Kart as well (probably not all this week though, Dragon Warrior will probably have to wait until I beat some more games).

not agreeing on Aeon Flux though, I'm expecting that the movie will be a suckfest, so that makes the game a suckfest, most likely.
