Nope because it'd be to much for them to police everyones pics to check for tubgirl, lemonparty, goatse type pics.......
There is a bunch on the hard drive you can choose from and playing certain games will unlock new pics. They'll also be selling them in the marketplace.
Nope, when you get your 360 you can buy new ones on the market place for $0.25.
