I saw on the front page of the site that you can get $5 off for new customers on a purchase of $50 or more at buy.com. I haven't received the e-mail that it said would give me the promo code. Does anyone know what it is?

ok now that i have one of those in my cart, can i go ahead and place my order? it says that the coupon will be e-mailed to my e-mail address within 24 hours. Do i have to place my order first or do i have to have the coupon sent to me first?

huh? all you have to do is to click on the "redeem coupon" button and it will be added to your shopping cart. :)

after i click the redeem coupon, it show up as (take $5 OFF the purchase of $50 valid in our Music, Movies and Games Stores! (Affiliate) ) it didn't take off 5 dollar, i have already has the memory stick in the basket. it says N/A on the coupon under availablity why?

Yea that's what I was trying to say. It shows up in the cart, but it doesn't actually affect the price. Anyone know why this is so?

I just signed up for a buy.com visa card to buy my new cellphone (which is going to be just about 400$)... does that 50$ off using your buy.com visa card exclude cellular (like the 5$ off first purchase does)?

Either way, I got a 30$ credit towards buy.com just for signing up, and the phone is significantly cheaper there than it is on amazon. My family is lucky I'm so hardcore about finding good deals (even if it is on my own gifts), or xmas would be costing them a lot more.

i think this product is in the "electronics" section, not the music/movies/game section. try out the "electronics" code and lmk if it works.

They're only for buy.com visa card holders, hence why they're exclusive... but I'd be willing to use them for someone if they pay me. I get buy.com bonus points and you get a cheaper item :-)
