From left to right, top to bottom..
NBA 2K6
Amped 3
Call of Duty 2
Fifa 06
Madden
NBA Live
NFS: Most Wanted
Kameo (duh)
Gun
Tony Hawk's American Wasteland
Below, not pictured, was a faceplate (looked like the normal 360 one), A/V cables, HD A/V cables, the remote, and an XBox Live headset.
This was at a GameCrazy.
The downer? GameCrazy isn't selling ANYTHING (even Kameo) until 11/22. The sign mentions that, and says "but they're pretty to look at". One employee came in and had bought Madden and Call of Duty 2 at another store, didn't ask where.
So.. yay for in-stock stuff? Too bad Condemned and PGR3 weren't there.. GameCrazy seems to be the only place holding back on selling things. No games are street dated except King Kong, so if you see them in stock anywhere besides GameCrazy, they should be for sale..

My local Game Crazy is selling them. So YMMV on that.

Ha. You should report them or something, maybe you could get a reward for busting them on it :P I don't think it's a district thing, I think corporate sent out a memo saying not to sell them.
//edit: I know there's no street date, and I don't know why GC's aren't allowed to sell them, that's just what i've been hearing.

Like many, I already have Kameo, and am expecting to pick up Condemned, Call of Duty 2, and Madden 06 at my GameStop on Friday. Hopefully they will have my Play and Charge Kit and Perfect Dark Zero also.

Maybe they aren't selling them because they want their customers to buy games there, and they're afraid that for some odd reason people will come in and buy all the 360 games and they won't have any for their customers who are coming in to buy/pick up their 360 systems. That, or maybe GC is thinking that the games aren't supposed to be sold until launch.
Odd...

Came back from Walmart today. They were selling 5 games, 4 faceplates, both wired and wireless controllers, the remote, play and charge unit...
Everything except the 360 itself.

I work at TRU and we got in today (to sell):
Kameo
Project Gotham 3
Fifa 2006
Condemned: Criminal Origins
Gun
Call of Duty 2
I picked up a copy of Condemned: Criminal Origins :). Which I am pretty happy about because it was one of the launch games I wanted, and it gives me one less thing to worry about next week.

I need to find PDZ by Saturday! Has anyone seen it? My party will not be the same without it.

It's not out yet, check again tomorrow or Friday

More or less. "What if you picked up a 360 and had no games with it?" is what I overheard.

COD2 will do for now. Nothing else really seems worth the 50-60 bucks. I'd rather just rent the games. Madden might be worth it as well but I'm cheap and I'm gonna wait for the first price drop.

I've got kameo. We also have all those games at our store. I was going to get call of duty but 8 player online sucks. Waiting for Quake 4, Condemned, and PDZ. Maybe PGR3.

I work at a GameCrazy and our store is selling those titles. I don't recall getting any messages or memos saying not to sell them, and my manager didn't say anything about not selling them as well.

well most of the time if it doesn't have some kind of physical marking warning about breaking street date, stores aren't doing anything wrong by selling the item. at TRU today we got in a bunch of 360 stuff. the games that everyone mentioned came in a regular box, but there was a lot of 360 stuff that was marked with "Do Not Sell Before 11/22" on them. kind of wondering what it was.

I work at CC and we got our games today and put them out for sale. We even got our 360's today and they're locked away. For about $2K I might be able to get one for you.
