I'm just getting it so I can go into a sunny environment and reload my AK over and over to see the sun gleaming off it. Saw it in a video from X05 I think, and it was sick. From there on I knew I had to get into HD gaming. Was gonna wait until next year for PS3, but with football on every sunday and half the season over, I knew I had to get it now. So for now, I'm sticking with my 360 unless Sony really fights for my cash. The only thing that pisses me off is the 99.99 Wireless Adapter. I knew I should have just made a Xbox fan site to get a free 360 with all the extras, wouldve saved a lot. Also, I didn't think the chances for getting a 360 in those contests were that great, until I saw the results in this forum. I waited too long, and now I have to pay the price.. and the price is 550 to play Perfect Dark Zero on live in my living room and it better be worth it.

Holy crap, I thought that last name was a joke, but it really is that long.
Yeah, I meant that when football is over, my HDTV is gonna go into hibernation unless I got the 360. Maybe it was confusing the way I wrote it, or I should have broken things up..
Also, 1 last thing. If PDZ isn't reviewed on/by launch day, I'm not buying X360 on launch day.
Edit: Looking forward to the Redskins vs the Raiders. If my team doesn't stomp Washinton, I'm going to be very dissapointed. I live in DC and nobody will shut up about them being undefeated at home.

If you bring a copy of Kagero with you, you can get OTM to do anything. ANYTHING.
On topic: PDZ will kick balls. that's all there is to it. from what I've seen, it's already 500x better Half Life 2 and Halo 2 combined [/tries to be controversial]
It's almost as though not a soul has watched the mind-blowing 20 minute Perfect Dark Zero gameplay video...
I was worried that the game was going to be just great before I saw that video, if that makes any sense. Now I'm excited that the game is going to be incredible. Did you see the graphics on Jack Dark's spacesuit? Wow. And the gameplay looks as fresh as can be.
I'm still curious on the multi-player side of things, though.

well.. I been plaing PD on da old N64... it didn't quite age too good... IMO...
can't believe I ever thought no game would ever reach this level of gameplay...
The 20min video was amazing... I want more info on the online play tho...

Well today is the slated release day according to EB and gamespot, but still no sign of where it stands. I will be truly pissed if this is delayed, as it is the only launch title i am interested it.

Just called... my best buy... still not in yet...
maybe later today... since my BB gets there shippment every tuesday & Thursday...
The girl did mention they have a whole create of 360 system in the back...

So much talk about PDZ when I think that Call of Duty will be the best 360 launch title. I may have to eat my words but the CoD demo was just so damn awesome.

I'm more excited about Perfect Dark Zero because it is an exclusive title. My PC has great specs so it can run COD2 beautifully and I can play more than 4v4 online. With that said, I think COD2 for the Xbox 360 is looking like the better product, let's wait and see though.

Basically they started making discs before they knew if it would pass or not, because if they waited, it wouldn't have made the launch. If it didn't pass, those discs would have to be destroyed, and the game delayed for at least a few weeks. But it did pass.
This may be one reason why there aren't any early reviews of this out, if they didn't want to give out the game to anyone before it passed certification.
