They do, everything is complete and usually mint. Like six months ago, I even ordered a Lunar 2 for Playstation that came with the box and all extras!

They're pretty picky about buying used stuff, and it states right in the documentation for trade in that if they don't like it, you get no credit and they don't ship it back.

I sent them a whole bunch of pretty scratched up cds and they took them all... Also, FYI they do send stuff back to you if it's rejected... even though they say they don't.

which hack game is the best? i was browsing gamerankings... and it seems the first and second one are the best and the rest are crappy. ;(
btw, i bought onimusha 3 from the wherehouse.com and it didn't come with a manual, plus it was scratched. it was playable...but still. all the other games i bought from them were complete and pristine.
