need help from ebay

a few months back i bought an item off ebay, i been waiting to get item but i never get item. So i when and filed a report but ebay seem to never answer. I have the message that the seller has recieve my payment, and i use money order. But now the seller seem don't register anymore, what can i do? am i screwed?

I would think so mainly cause you payed with a MO. I really don't know if their is something you can do to get MO money back. If you paid with paypal you could get all or some of your money back.
