Make more posts and your rank changes.. make 1k+ posts and you can give yourself a custom title. Please do not take this as an invitation to constantly quote posts with a simple addition of "ha-ha" or make random senseless, useless posts.

Here's the way to look at it.

If you make the ranks related to post count, anyone could make it to a custom rank in a short period of time, by making 1000 posts. Doesn't take much time to make it to 1K posts, if you just decide you're post-whoring about it.

If you make it by time spent on CAG, then it's more related to "seniority" and how long you've been on CAG. If you've been on CAG for 18 months, though only have 350 posts, why should you seem less "senior" a member of CAG when compared to someone who's been around a few months and has 2000 posts.

This change is more to de-emphasize post-whoring and emphasize time spent on CAG.
