I figured this might be a good thread for people who are looking to see where exactly other hardcore gamers are going to be camping. If you don't want to give the location of your camping spot, that's fine, since you never know, your friendly CAG forumite could be the guy who takes a 360 away from you.
Anyways, I'll go first.
I'll be camping out at a Target Store in either Albert Lea, Austin, or Owatonna, MN. I'll get there at halftime of the Vikings game, about 10 hours before the stores open at 8 a.m.

I'm camping Walmart in Eau Claire,WI then heading over to Target to sleep in my car. FUN!

I'll go to a Wal-Mart in Wichita, Kansas at around 11:30 Monday night.

Im camping at walmart in menomonee falls or pewaukee, WI. Prollly around 2pm to wait for the midnight release.

I wonder if once you have your ticket at Wal Mart, if you can leave the store and come back a couple hours before midnight, or if you have to stay in the store the whole time. If it's the former, I may just go in the morning, get my ticket, and then come back after RAW. Otherwise, I'll be at Wal Mart around 2PM for the midnight release. Either the Wal Mart in the Falls or Pewaukee WI like coltcannon up there

Hopefully planning a camp-out somewhere east of Cleveland.... maybe WalMart, but who knows.

Well there's no way I'm going to get there at 2PM and wait till 10 to MAYBE get a ticket. If I can show up at two, and get a ticket, if I have to sit there and wait, that's fine, but if it's the latter case, then I'm going to go to BEst Buy the next morning

Huh, my Wal-Mart said you can't leave the store, but you're allowed to go outside to the parking lot for cigarettes and Taking A Dump On Some Whores Chest.
Good luck to the guy who thinks he'll be gettin' any arriving at 11:30. The Whores Chest will be pillaged by then, and there's some mighty treasure in that chest...

Today I talked to them and the assholes said now they decided to have a fucking lottery. They said they will start drawing tickets at 11:30! Grrrrr!

That's lame especially if someone who showed up FIRST gets screwed out of getting one. Then again that's Wallyworld for you.

It seems that both Walmart and Target are getting very vew premiums (according to the several that I called). I think the one in McAllen, TX, where I'm at the moment visiting a freind, is reported receiving 18 or so, with 4 of them premium. A Target nearby is receiving 6 of each.
So basically, if you go to either of those two places, and you arent the ones that formed the line, you might be out of luck.
That's lame especially if someone who showed up FIRST gets screwed out of getting one. Then again that's Wallyworld for you.
Ok well I talked to them once again (I am sure they are getting sick of me ;) ) and they said they are no longer going to do a lottery :bouncy: and are doing what they originally told me; handing out tickets @ 10:00 PM 1st come first serve.

My wife went by St.L South Count Walmart. There was a guy waiting there at 7:00 AM. When she went by at 11:00 AM. The line had 3 in it.

Looks like both my camp-out places are doing a first come first serve with no tickets being handed out. The WalMart is only getting in 14 total, and Target is getting 8 core and 8 premium. Ouch.

I got back a hour ago. I was the first person in line at 11:30. At about noon they moved us outside. Then when ~14 people showed up they handed out the tickets. Now I get to watch the Pack vs. Viqueens and then go pick it up. Hope everyone had good luck and didnt have to wait in the 40 degree weather like I did.

There's already enough campers at the Northville, MI BB store to sell out their alleged 42 premium units. I just drove past there @ 11:45 and there's nothing but tents and lawn chairs.

Decided it wasn't worth camping at Target with the rain turning to snow and me having an exam tomorrow on top of already being dead tired. WalMart was already overcamped, but I didn't really want to tell any of them that they weren't getting an XBox

I got one & I didn't realy have to camp for it! Local Super K-Mart had a raffle, I took a butt load of friends and we got the next to the last one!!!

I hate Xbox 360. I just got home from work and putting all of the shit for it out. And I can't even play mine untill Christmas. The people outside of Best Buy 325 in Mishawaka better be happy with all of the shit I put out.
