Additional Comments? alright, first i wanna start off by saying thank you to dead of knight for being such an incredible person and making what could've been an otherwise terrible experience very, very pleasant. heres the situation: the original trade was for me to send 15 dollars cash and she was to send the dvds. we both sent out and i got the dvds a couple days later in absolute perfect condition. she had still not recieved the money which i sent her. in retrospect i guess i couldve been more discreet in sending the money but i had never had a problem before. a few more days passed and still she had not seen my money. i told her that i would resend the original amount of money discussed along with a little extra and a strategy guide or something else from my tradelist to make up for the wait. she pretty much flat out refused my offer saying that it wasnt my fault. i know it sounds crazy, but its true. finally after much arguing i got her to agree to me sending half the amount of money and a strategy guide. so i ended up sending her a REmake strategy guide and 10 dollars. then i check my pms and she is now insisting that she send back even the partial amount that i resent. she seemed pretty insistant this time so i will not push the issue any further as i do not want to aggrivate her but i always have her address if i wanna send a game or some money her way randomly. :) anyway to get right down to it, if you ever have the privilege of trading with dead of knight do not hesitate in the least. she is one of the better, if not the best trader on this site. and if you ask her to ship first you will have to deal with me personally. i should probably stop writing now since this is definately the longest feedback ever left but i really cannot say enough about such an excellent trader. thank you again dead of knight!

Most people that read this already know of the massive 400 post thread regarding this trade. What no one here knows is what happened once I asked the mods to close the thread. I received the package back in the mail from UPS on that reversed shipment, only to find that it was broken in the mail. At that point, I finally received a package from the real James, and I paid 45 dollars in a check to James because the game turned up broken. As a result of this trade, I lost alot of sanity along with some cash.

Although James was more than willing to work out a resolution with me once this issue dragged on over several days, I can't help but raise some more questions. First, who strikes a deal and then leaves town for several days without shipping anything? Second, an e-mail indicating he was leaving town or even that he made the trade under someone elses account would have done wonders.
