I took my GameCube with me on a plane before, but I was wondering if it is safeto bring a PS2 or Xbox on a plane. I only ask because of the baggage scan they do. I didn't know if it could mess up the systems, like maybe the Xbox's hard drive.

I used to take systems all the time when flying, always took both my PS1 and N64. I haven't taken flown anywhere this generation though, but it should be fine.

It should be fine, However I would worry about the memory cards. but I'm not sure. However I think you should be more worried about taking something that's a cube and has lots of wires, a laser, and circuit boards inside. :D

If millions of laptops fly daily without problems, I think your PS2 or Xbox will be fine.

I've flown my gamecube, PS2, GBA, and other portables across the country and I've seen nothing bad occur as a result, so you should be fine.

X-ray affects film, thats all. Everything gaming related is fine. Everything.

They only Xray it to make sure there are no snakes in it. We all know what kind of nightmare that would be.
