You're fucked. That's what happens.
And if you sell your 360 on EBay, you certainly should use signature confirmation + insurance.

My paypal address is unconfirmed and I don't know why. I can't figure out how to change that.

when you get the email notice that someone has paid you through paypal, look for thier address, right under the address it will say Confirmed or Unconfirmed, its that simple.

My paypal address is unconfirmed and I don't know why. I can't figure out how to change that.
You go to the paypal site and click on the left side link "Recommended Steps for Merchants" and then choose "Confirm Location." They ask for your home phone and call it to see if you pick up. I don't remember if the line gives you a code to enter into the site or not. I do remember that I tried using my cell phone and it didn't work - it needed a land line.
