I can't argue with that. Some schmuck will fall for it, even with the pictures of empty boxes.

I am a big believer in 'what comes around , goes around' , so hopefully the seller will get his in the end. Maybe not today, but somewhere down the road.

The only deceptive areas I see are the areas that list the contents of the (full) box, and the specs area. Even then though, none of that is expressing that any of that is included.

Actually, the description uses a stock photo and lists the specs of the machine and platform. It implies that you are gettings an XBox 360, so does the tech specs on the bottom. No way eBay lets this auction fly. The person who listed it has to be one hell of a fucking asshole.
