Hi Guys,
I will try to make this comprehensive. This does not to have to be a great price, but it is cheaper than the sticker price. If you have seen other things, post here and I will drop it in.

Another thing to note is that they have a price matching policy +10%.

So far I have seen these posts:

PS1 + LCD for $79.99 (the $29.99 seems to be a one time thing.)
Wild Arms 3 - $19.99
Panzer Dragoon Orta - $14.90
Midnight Club Racing 2 - $19.99 Xbox (online price also)
Grabbed by the Ghoulies: $9.95
Star Wars Clone Wars: $9.50 (Xbox)
Resident Evil Director's Cut: $15.00
WWE Raw II: $15.00
Jedi Academy - $24.95
Xenosaga - $14.00
Knights of the Old Republic - $20 - My note - online they have it for $25, but the game in the picture is Jedi Academy.
Midtown Madness 3 - $9.97 XBox
Rocky (Xbox) $10
MX 2002 (Xbox) $10
Buffy (1st one) $14 (Xbox)
Splashdown $15 (Xbox)
Tony Hawk 4 - $9.97 (Xbox)
Shenmue II - $9.97 (Xbox)

Most of the games are lower than the sticker price, so just take them up to the counter and ask about it. I am almost sure that a guy in front of me got Fifa 2004 for $26.

I will continue to update this as you all post.
Thanks,
Matthew

I have trouble believing that. Are you sure? For which system?

Are these prices nationwide or YMMV? Because I was at sears this weekend and Grab by the Ghoulies was still $20.

I did this yesterday.

PDO $15
Rocky (Xbox) $10
$26 w/tax - $5 off $20 Citi coupon = $21

Not bad. Anyone interested in opening a Sears credit card account should check their Clearance games out too, they'll give you a $10 credit.

Checked out two Sears yesterday and both of their selections varied quite a bit (I believe some of the prices did too). So YMMV.

Some other discounted games I saw for the Xbox (that were marginally tempting are:
MX 2002 $10
Buffy (1st one) $14
Splashdown $15

Thats what I thought too, but my sears in ND had it listed at 9.95 for xbox.
They had nightfire for 19.95, as well. Maybe I should double check though, I suppose it couldve been agent underfire.

Just got back from the Fiesta Mall Sears in Mesa, AZ. Picked up GbtG for 9.95 (One copy left) and Panzer Dragoon Orta for 14.97 (Last copy... Sorry) They had a lot of other marked prices that I don't remember. PDO wasn't marked, but it price checked at the cheap price. The guy ringing me up said that they closeout games all the time because they're not really a big draw item for the store.

I just got back from Sears and the only thing I got was the last copy of Panzer Dragoon Orta, unfortunately there was nothing else (GBTG was sold out). Also, I found Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 for 9.97, but decided not to get it.

I went to my local Sears, unfortunately, Bond:EoN was still $49. Midtown Madness was $22

OK, guys, I work at Sears, so I'm going to check out this selection today. Besides PDO, are there any other games people are looking for ? Cause I'll pick'em all up, and send them out.PM me if you want anything on this list

Yup, it's YMMV. Midtown Madness at my Sears was $25. Still it's a deal you got to check out. Who knows what games your local Sears has left over. I was surprised to see that they didn't have Dead or Alive 3 on clearance. They had 2 ORIGINAL CASE copies and 4 platnum hits copies and they were selling them for $25.

As far as Bond:EoN, I think that person was mistaken. There was probably one copy of Agent Under Fire behind a bunch of EoNs with a $10 sticker underneath them. I was faked out temporarily at Sears the other day when I saw MX Unleashed with a $10 sticker underneath it. After calming down a little I noticed it was for the one copy of MX 2002 behind all the copies of MX Unleashed.

I went to 2 Sears in the Jacksonville, FL area looking for Xbox games the only real deal I saw was POD for $14.99 (I snagged the last copy). The Xbox game selection was pretty crappy (maybe 25 different games total) and all other games were pretty much at MSRP level. I had them scan Bond EoN and it came up at $49.99.

Thanks for the list :)

My local Sears usually sells things and old games for like $49.99, and don't update their prices even though a new version came out. Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4 and Midtown Madness 3 looks like a great deal.

I picked up Grabbed by the Ghoulies, very good game for $10. I actually was killing time in the mall (Locked myself out of my house and had to kill an hour before my roommate would get home with a key!) and finding this game was a nice consolation prize

I was a bit unsure about buying it based on the not so good reviews. 73% gamerankings score, but it has a wide range of scores with some below 50.

Now I'm glad I went ahead and got it. I've loved Rare from the Nintendo days so I guess it wasn't surprising that I'm getting a kick out of the story and so far anyway the gameplay has been a heck of a lot of fun to boot.

GBTG is a fun game, I played the demo and it was great. If it wasn't sold out at my local Sears, I would've gotten it.

I went to my local sears and this is what I found.

Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution $10
Sphinx (ps2) $20
Vexx (ps2 I think) $25

You know, every once in awhile sears runs coupons like $5 off $20 and $10 off $25.

Here's one that doesn't expire until june. Might be good for even better discounts.

my sears has a good bit of games... the prob is they're all just stuck in the case.. not according to system... and there are no prices at all.... i wouldnt know if i wanted a game until i saw the price.. so i'd basically have to get the lady to do a pricecheck on all the games i would think might be cheaper

I was at Sears yesterday, they had Karaoke Revolution with headset for only $39.99, ESPN Football $19.99, ESPN Basketball for $19.99 and a bunch 989 stuff, all for the PS 2. I should pick up KR for that price.

The Sears by me stopped selling most of their video games, including all GC games, I wish I would've been there when they did as they probably had a nice clearance sale.
