I just ordered the cherry red guitar and a carry case at RedOctane.com. I was looking at their reseller rating (http://www.resellerratings.com/seller3764.html) and all but one of them are very negative. However, there are only a eight and all but one of them are over a year old, so I'm hoping it's just that only a few people really got pissed off and took the effort to do a review.
So have any of you ordered form Red Octane? Granted, I don't really have a choice anways, as I can't get an extra guitar anywhere else at the moment, and I definitely want one of those nifty carrying bags. Still I'd like to know if anyone else has run into problems.
I did order with a VISA, so I should have some recourse if I really get screwed. I was just suprised to see what I think is a fairly mainstream publisher and online store to have such negative reviews. If these people want to sell there games, they better have good customer service.
