Not to thread crap or anything but you started the bid at $500? For that much you should just give free shipping.

Have you been keeping up with the ebay auctions? 360's are going well over $500 and most are charging $40 for shipping.

With MS saying they ship units out weekly, I doubt any one will pay as high anymore.

When weekly shipments are 2-3 consoles per store and people realize that they won't be getting one in time for christmas, I'm sure they'll pay anything.

LOL I'm sure it won't be that low. Maybe half of what each store got on launch.

I've been watching bids all weekend and I've seen a bunch drop down in price. I seen a couple of premiums sold for under $500. Some go as far as free shipping.

You know what? I'm waiting for them to put these chips on a 45 nm process. So we can get rid of those defects issues and also decrease the power consumption. Until then I'm not paying $400 for the possibility of getting a glorified paperweight. A hot glorified paper weight.

For every low selling example you provide, I can provide a high selling one with reliable bidders.
The average selling price is still around 770. Not as outrageous as release, but still higher than 500.

We'll see. Most gamestops/eb's will be fulfilling their pre-order requisite by december, maybe not. If they are having that much trouble getting xbox's to people who pre-ordered the system, i'd like to see what vendors who aren't gaming orientated can do.
Maybe not that low, but I wouldn't expect to see some large influx of boxes into the market. It's going to be modest at best.
