I bought the wide screen version. I told them it is supposed to be $10 and they adjusted the price without any problems.

Yeah, I got the WS from Coconuts for $17 shipped, $5 mail-in rebate from them, $3 rebate from Quiznos (which I'm debating because they don't accept copies of the UPC)

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the mail carrier put my DVD in the wrong mail box, which I finally got a few days later, but had filed a lost shipment claim with Coconuts, who refunded me my $17 today. Even though I sent them an email yesterday telling them I had resolved it. Ah well. I can deal with a free DVD if they don't correct it.

So I tried to order the Office Space Exclusive from bestbuy.com and I used 2 BBB that I had. One for $3 and one for $1? I thought you could only use $3 maximum? What's up with that?

the limit for using BBB online is much more lax(read: almost nonexistant). the crappy thing is if that for any reason your order is cancelled, your BBBs cannot be returned.

Not me for sure...i ordered the entire cowboy bebop 6 sessions complete collection and my order shipped fine with no problems what so ever.
