I'll check it out tonight since they close at 9pm. I live near the Emeryville Good Guys. If I see a lot of Halo 2 for $5 I'll snag a few to help out CAGs.

I checked mine out a couple weeks ago when they were @ 25%. Crappy games at crap prices. Now might seem a good time to go back and check it out. I'll try to hit mine up tonight if its still open.

K I just went to the Good Guys in Emeryville, CA. It's almost cleaned out of the good stuff. Very crappy XBox game selection left (best games being EA 2005 sports games, Incredibles, T3:Redemption, overpriced Sudeki). Most good electronics have been cleaned out. Left are some overpriced older model TVs and LCDs, and most other stuff such as stereo systems, dvd players, digital cameras, camcorders, car audio are openboxed and at 40% off original price. It has a sign that says 5 days left (from today).

The GG in SF, CA is gone also, went to another one nearby, and the few games left over were pretty lame.

When you mention Good Guys, I don't think about electronics; I think about this place: http://www.goodguysclub.com/

A lot of their stuff thats clearanced is still overpriced. They hired some third party company to closeout their stores and they marked shit up then slapped a % off on it to make it almost near the original price. I work at the CC across the street and a couple of us checked out their prices to see if they had anything good.

The Fresno, CA store is cleared out and locked. I got a good deal on some generic batteries for my camera a few weeks back. Games were going for 40% off. I don't know if prices got any lower before the end.

Stopped at the GG in Ventura yesterday. Games were at 70% off, so I could have my choice of $50 Sudeki before discount or $50 Madden 2005. Worthless sale.

I haven't checked the Good Guys in Corte Madera, CA. Their phone message said everything was only 25-40% off I think, might have to check though if I'm in the area.

I've only been there for a little over a month, it feels a little weird since I go there so often. I feel like I'm a spy on the inside cause every week I check for drops and such. We still have a few $1.99 games BTW, we all know everyone wants Monster 4x4 and Looney Tunes ;)

I checked the Pasadena store yesterday and they still have Sudeki and a couple of sports xbox games left. But what I was really interested in was the dvd boxsets. Which are still only 50% off  , but the Dead Zone S1 was only $20 which was the only good deal there.
