Cant use xbl

After switching my account over to the new 360, I can no longer go live with the old xbox. What gives??? Most of the sport games are not bc yet. Also there own game conker I cant go live on. I couldnt find any help on xbox.com . Anyone else in the same boat?

I'd call up Microsoft. I've played with someone who has the 360 and then played a non backwards compatible game, World Poker Tour, with me the other day on his old Xbox.

I did change my gamertag over to a new name but all of the other info stayed the same. I guess I will have to call in the morning.

Alreight if you change your gamertag you must change it on the old xbox. That was my problem.
