That USB microrouter/dongle thingie they're selling? No thanks. Works for quick & dirty setups, and that's not my way.

Problem is for me, since I have my Tivo & Xbox in one room, another Tivo + networked laser printer in another room, and my DSL modem + router + network MFC in a third room, I either have to run Ethernet cable (as I have for the last 2.5 years) or go get a wireless router + 2 bridges, which kicks up the cost a tad. :-s Plus, since the DS only has 802.11B, it means the best security I can run is WEP, which might make me want to run everything I don't care about being hacked on another network band, such as 802.11A, or just isolate the DS onto its own little network on its own.

See, this is what happens when you do IT for a living, you over-complicate things. :D

I'd assume that if there will be headsets for Rev. online that you'd stay away from those, at least if you're playing strangers on Smash. From my experience, they're some of the worst fanboys. It's staying in the GC display here at school because those fanboys bitch when it's not there to play. Hell, the controllers that were there for the longest time were fucked up and loose and impossible to use effectively. I don't care much for the game anymore after experiencing better 4-player fighters on the cube.

My 2nd semester freshman year, I had class from 8-12 MWF... and that was it. It was a beautiful thing... except when I pulled allnighters to get my work done and then had to be up and in class by 8... I don't remember when class was on T/Th, but I only had one (except for calc II recitation at 8am on Th... uff!) and it was in the middle of the afternoon. I think it was potentially the best schedule I had over the 4 year period...

Quoted for truth. That was the best soda to ever graze the American market (since OK soda, but that stuff was just promo). It was the best tasting, the best looking, and the best bottled stuff evar. I would kill for a case of Pepsi Blue these days.

I'm thinking of getting a Play-Yan for my Micro im getting for x-mas...by selling off my iPod. I just dont use it enough. I dont have a tape deck in my car, so i cant get good sound in there (all FM transmiters are shite) thus i dont take it with me everywhere. I do like the amount of storage it has...but when you dont listen to half of it whats the point?

(i think im trying to talk myself into selling my iPod...once my brain figures this out i may give myself a severe ass-kicking)

Now that I have a Palm T|X with a decent background MP3 player (Pocket Tunes), I just need to get a nice and big SD card, since it'll go up to 2GB with the new Palm OS on it. :D

Only reason I'd get an iPod is to dump Tivo stuff to it, and that's not there yet (and might not be :cry: ).
