My top three would be:
Chu Chu Rocket (online this game rules)
Raiden Project
Tempest 2000 - some updated version of the Jaguar classic.
Some type of beat-'em-up -- in the shadow of Double Dragon or something.

How about a Worms-style game, that would be neat.

Killer Instinct - Microsoft does own the rights to this one
Marathon - Same
Quake/Quake 3 Arena - Now that Carmack has switched to the Xbox 360 as his primary development platform maybe?

All the ones said already are great choices.
My personal picks? All the bad ass multiplayer arcade games like TMNT, X-men(WITH 6 PEOPLE not that 4 person one) and the Simpsons.

Worms would be excellent, but I could never get used to it without a keyboard. Ninja roping just doesn't feel right to me... but I'd still play the shit out of it!
However, Worms Armageddon is on Gametap now :)

Just because M$ bought Rare doesn't mean they own the rights to it, especially since it was released on SNES when Rare was a Nintendo Property. They may own the rights to the franchise, but its doubtful they own the rights to that specific game.
Back on topic, I need Total Carnage and any of the Konami Beaters, ie: Turtles, Simpsons, etc...

By the same logic, we probably won't be seeing Total Carnage or any of the Konami beaters (besides Turtles maybe). Spider-Man and Simpsons are licensed to different companies now and there would be a lot of issues with releasing those games.

question about these games, and the 360 in general.
i play with 2 profiles on my xbox ( i have one and the gf has one). if i buy a game with one of my profiles, will i be able to play it with both of them or with only the tag i bought it under? also how does this work with profile/skins, etc?
my main concern is having to buy some things twice or something b/c i use to tags.
