I wanted to know some things about the WiFi connectivity of the DS. I read around here that it is only compatible with XP computers. Is that ture? I running on ME and I have a Netgear wireless router. I got my connection to work with the PSP so I was wondering if the setup and usage is similar to the PSP. Also, since I have the router already is there anything else I'll need to buy to go Infrastructure mode is that's what it is called with a DS and Mario Kart. Thanks ahead of time for the help.

The need for XP is only if you're using the Nintendo branded Wifi adapter. Otherwise, you're going straight from the DS to the Netgear and connection settings aside (WEP, MAC, etc.) you should be ok. That is, if your Netgear is one of the supported wireless routers...

Does Nintendo have a list of compatible routers yet?

Yes, you should be able to find it on their wifi website. Also, if any of you have Netgear's 624v3 router, it actually works perfectly with the DS as long as your update to the latest firmware. Nintendo's list marks that router with a rating of 1/5 stars.
