I decided to read their policy on their web site. They do not match online competitors. Also, if you buy from BestBuy.com, there is no price gaurantee policy. Except, if you choose store pickup, and the in-store price is lower, you get the lower price.

I don't think Circuit City has Ver. 1, just Ver. 3.

i am not positive about this but i always thought the version 1 kits expired this past christmas...again i am not sure but i am pretty confident that i heard about this before...so if you do buyer beware

he passed his physical and played the last 80 games after sitting out with a bad back. hopefully he'll be ok with playing on grass instead of the turf shouldn't hurt.

The 1 year deal on the V1 is expired, but you can call M$ and I'm sure that they can validate it and give you your free year.

maybe you can buy it and than return it to kb for the new version...but again majority of kbs got rid of their games selection so that can be risky...i know my two kbs are completely game free
