CAn a mod tell me what happened to my sig? It was gone and said find a new pic. CAn I atleast get a pm why?

Stop and think about it. Your sig was an oversized picture of a naked woman with a super nintendo and controllers covering her naughty bits.
I'm willing to bet that it was Shrike that took it out :P

Can you point out some of the other sigs that are similar to yours?
If there are ones that you feel are like yours and you think they should be removed, contact a mod about that.

Huh. I don't recall anything showing in said sig pic, so how was it different than any of the various en-bikinied sig girls that have shown up in the past?
edit: unless the mod who did it was a...Genesis fan!

Move on with life, its just a picture. There are a half dozen custom sig artists on this website, ask one for one that fits you, politely.

I have not seen his sig, however, chaarlieee's sig has a woman taking off panties with what looks to be a slipped nipple. Pretty neekid if you ask me.

If it was a size issue, fair enough, but content-wise, it's not something that isn't currently featured in other sigs. I just wonder why this one was picked out. And I secretly hope whoever did it said to themselves "looks like, once again, 'Nintendon't!' Mwa-hahahahaha!"

There was another sig which was worse (I don't remember whose it was) that had those two qualities, I think, along with being massive that was also removed. Yes, there are plenty of scantily clad women sigs/avatars on this site (yay for Adblock), but dmes's sig did stick out in my mind as being particularly nasty. Again, this is just my personal opinion. I don't know what mods are thinking or anything :P
It's just weird that the mod offers no explanation and seem to have gone out of their way to keep it low key.

It was deleted either because it was too big, inappropriate, or a combination of the two. Depending on how busy the mods are, you may or may not get a PM. I'm sure you can understand that they have a lot of stuff to deal with.
To anyone it offended I am sorry. I dont blame whoever took it down, but a pm would have been nice. Next time I will use a xbox and the duke controllers. I'm sure that wouldnt show any skin.Heh heh...no problem.

I was the mod that did it, because the sig was reported by a "Report post" notice, sent in by a CAG.
I looked at the pic, deemed it was inappropriate, removed the pic and went on with my day of plenty of other things to do.
If you were irritated by not having a PM, then my apologies, though at the time, I was resolved the issue and went on with other things to do. It slipped my mind, and for that, you have an apology from me.
As Cheapy said above, there's plenty of things to do in keeping the site running, as well as other things away from CAG that need our attention. Some things get missed in the shuffle.
And for the conspiracy theorists out there, there's no big deal with it, and no huge "trying to keep it low-key" agenda. If there's ever any issue like that, please don't hesitate to PM me, any of the other mods, or CheapyD.

Complaints automatically get them yanked.
If I think they're against the terms of service, they get yanked.

Just curious, if the pick was smaller would it have stayed? Who ever reported it without contacting me first is a @%hole. So if I complain about anyones sig it will get removed. Ouch.

Ouch.Personally, I wouldn't feel comfortable PMing somebody about their sig. I know it's supposed to be a community here, but it's easy to tell someone to fuck off. Maybe if it's an iffy case and doesn't need immediate removal, the mod can PM the person to see if they'd be willing to remove it before removing it themselves.

If there's a legitimate reason for the sig to be reported, yes, it would go. If someone's just doing it to be a jackass, then no, it wouldn't have gone.
No, if the pic was smaller, it still would have gone.
