Here is the deal. ABC Warehouse has a stock of Premium 360s but they are selling them in a bundle for 699 that includes:
3 Games (Condemned, King Kong, and Need For Speed: Most Wanted)
Extra Wireless Controller
Xbox Live Subscription
and Much More (Don't know what else comes with it)
Don't know actually how many they have but these are at stores located in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. So if you really want a 360 this is another option.
