Perfect heaven would be a state of mind.... knowing all the answers to things I wish I knew now and would wish to know about in the future.
However, the more we know, the more we realize we don't know.. so you'd be in quite a state of a conundrum there.

I'd want to have all my questions answered; I'd finally know who the hell made life on Earth and what the hell really happened to the dinosaurs.
It would be nice to have a really cool high tech looking place with video games. I'd actually have enough time to play them. I'd have a really cute Siberian Husky puppy, I'd be there with the people I love and actually get along with them, and I'd have all the Asian dramas I'd ever want to watch (sad, I know.)
Then again, happiness is a state of mind so as long as I'm happy, I wouldn't need anything to help me reach that state.
Edit: Oops, forgot martial arts. I would have one of the wisest and most skilled martial arts teachers in the world.

I want an amazingly fast computer? Wiggle the fingers a bit and it appears in front of me.

Perfect Heaven would be the ability to within any second of my "after-life" to go into an all of a sudden perfect peace. When everything is up and down in your life, you can shut that off and feel inner peace.

Maybe I would have invincibility, tremendously slow aging, super speed, strength, the ability to fly and super fast learning abilities.
I could figure out a way to solve world hunger, strong arm all nations (including the u.s.) into working out their differences via video games or military simulations instead of true bloodshed, figure out ways to fix the environment, and then begin combing other galaxies for life to save our miserable Earth.

A little place in europe, not too huge, but still large enough that me and my girlfriend/wife would be comfortable. Two unlimited miles plane tickets, so we can go anywhere we please. A job that I thoroughly enjoy that pays enough to live comfortably, yet doesn't tax me too much and gives me time to enjoy life.

The best part is, no one is injured during katamari rolling, and everyone's always wonderfully content after they've become a star. Peace off Earth, man, makes peace on Earth!
And when I become old and weak and not long for this world, I will postion my katamari upon a hill, and stand at the bottom of the hill, and wait for a good strong wind to blow it down the hill and roll me up. Then I spend the last moments of my life peacefully as part of the great cosmos.

This is assuming that I'd have some kind of perfect knowledge of everything exsiting. I'd like to start things off just being in a white room. I'd probably hurt my eyes after a while, so I expect to change this! This would be my home base of sorts. I'd never become tired, and be in perfect shape. Best thing about that, is if I wish, I could eat a neverending Tacobell Bufett. Anything and everything would appear if I want it to. I could still feel emotions, even sadness if needed, otherwise certain games would be empty.
Since I am a god in everyway, I would create worlds. Somehow with perfect knowledge, I'd create countless game planets. If I ever wanted to vist Final Fantasy 4 or 6, no problem. Do I want to be part of the story, or be there after the ending, living with them? I can't concieve how my mind would remain aware that I am still a god, and can leave whenever I wish. There is also problems with ageing and feeling physical pain. I could talk about this forever, I have so many possibilites in my head.

My perfect world?
No hang-ups on sex & no one physically ages past 25 (but still dies off around 100 or so) where I am the sole eternally young immortal. Also, it would not be totally devoid of men (for genetic diversity) but they would only make less than 1% of the total human population. Money wouldn't exist as everything ever needed can be made from replicators (a la Star Trek: TNG). Conflicts (this includes global) would be settled in a 'best of 5' FPS match (of the combatants' choice). Any physical confrontations would be fought using nerf guns and only ends once one person is hit 10 consecutive times (it should be pretty difficult but the point is not to win but to show both parties that it's stupid to fight in the first place when reasoned discussion is the key of the day). The only forms of drugs that would exist are those made available in the pharmacy & marijuana. All others can fcuk off. Clothing would be optional. Eating junk foods would be healthy and thus encouraged. Communication would happen at a global level & use technology equal/superior to that seen in Minority Report.

I would be inclined to think (from bits of personal expericence) that any girl who smelled like peanut butter would have the oilest skin imagineable. Whether or not oil-slicked females is a bad thing is up to you.
