yes but it hasn't been released in the US Viz will be releasing it on 2/14/2006 the original is the best series I watched all year so I'll be picking up the OVA the minute it's released

I got mine yesterday but didn't take it out of the shrinkwrap. Is it 2 DVDs or 4 DVDs in two cases?

It's just two dvds. Seven episodes on the first disc and six on the second. Doesn't having that many episodes on a disc sacrifice quality quite a bit? Cause I'm pretty sure It originally came out on four seperate discs.

Not really. Hour-long TV shows on DVD usually come four episodes a disc. Thats around 170 minutes. It's around 160 minutes for the seven Saikano episodes. So you really aren't sacrificing a bunch.
