Are some USB cables for the PSP "better" than others?

i'm thinking about getting the pelican usb cables for 4.99, but then i thought about transfer speed...is there a way to tell which usb cable is compatible with the psp AND has the fastest transfer rate? or do all of them have pretty much the same transfer rate for the psp?

Just buy the cheapest usb cable you can find, it's all the same for the PSP.

Yeah, I got the Pelican cable from Wal Mart and it seems fine to me (of course all I did was transfer over an Untold Legends save)
