I just got a Hori protector for my PSP today, just a couple questions.
1. is it common to get an air bubble you can't get rid of? I have one on the right side of my PSP that won't go away.
2. how do you clean the screen once the hori is on there? water? etc? (getting rid of smudges)
3. is the hori supposed to be a little bigger than the PSP screen? because mine isn't exactly the same size as the PSP screen.

1. No, careful slow application will prevent you from getting any bubbles under it at all. However, along the edges, Hori protectors sometimes don't fully stick due to slight size difference (for instance on my DS, my top screen protector has a sliver along the left where it doesn't stick down due to it being a miniscule size bigger than the screen). I assume the slight ridge built into the plastic face of the PSP could cause a similar phenomenon.
2. Same as you normally would. Nothing to worry about, it's not going to slide on you.
3. From what I have seen, yes.

1) Yes, I've applied 3 of them (two on my PSP and one on my wife's) and there is always a small bubble along the edge that I can't get rid off. Also, my PSP screen has a pit in it :( which causes a small bubble to appear as well.
2) Same way. It will stay in place.
3) Yep. They are certainly bigger.
Rest assured, you bought THE BEST screen protector on the market for the PSP. EB Games used to be the only place that carried them but I just noticed that my local GameCrazy has started to sell them as well.

i don't think they are the best, but they are probably the best bang for buck
these seem like they would be the best, but i haven't tried them personally...
