I'm looking for any of the Japan exclusive Club Nintendo merchandise. Game cases, posters, controllers, whatever you got. Make an offer.

I found the Kirby and WarioWare DS card cases from Japan Club Nintendo on eBay from a California importer. They had several though, so probably it wasn't an exclusive.
