I posted this here because everything on my list is for the PC

What I am looking forward to:

Unreal Tournament 2007. This is probably a first day purchase for me, bar obscene hardware requirements which might make me wait for next years graphics cards and the newer processors (this is if it comes out in the summer).

Bioshock. I have only played a little of System Shock 2 and from what I played I really need to pick that game up. I liked how that game made you think and hope Bioshock lives up to the legacy of its predecessors (considering that Irrational is making it, I have no doubts it will be good).

Tomb Raider. For some reason this game has been at the top of my want list for a while now, and as long as it does not get trashed in the reviews I will probably pick it up around launch. I like how they brought back Toby Gard (I think that is the name of the creator) and I like the direction of the game. I read a 1up.com interview with him after he was brought in and I really thought the direction he wanted to do with the series was a good one (more exploration).

Quake Wars: Enemy Territory. I liked Quake 4 and I liked Enemy Territory and I think this could be good as long as they make sure to have some diverse maps.

Ghost Recon. I have low hopes for Rainbow Six Lockdown so I hope this ends up good. It looks like it could be a really great game.

Half Life 2: Aftermath. Nothing needs to be said

Things I am not looking forward to:

Battlefield 2 booster packs. You expect me to pay more money after you sell people a buggy expansion pack and still cannot fix problems that have been in the game for half a year. What is the icing on the cake is that you give away free booster packs to people on Xbox live when the game has only been out two months. They can fuck right off.

Rainbow Six Lockdown. I wish they would have went back to the drawing board, and just made a true sequel to raven shield. I know they are adding a lot, but I still don't see it being nearly as good as raven shield.

windows vista and direct x 10.

probably some other shit as well, but I am tired.

Forward: Dead Rising, Unreal Tournament 2007, Timeshift, Bully, Splinter Cell 4, Hitman: Blood Money, Saint's Row

Not looking forward: Ghost Recon (gameplay video looked like crap), Gears of War (looks like a graphically updated Kill.Switch)

Half-Life 2: Aftermath

I can't wait to see what happens after the end of Half-Life.

Do the combine pull out? Do they escalate? Do we find out who our slug-shaped "benefactors" are? Does the gman have enother job for us? Who hired him in the first place?

I CAN'T WAIT! I NEED AFTERMATH, HALF-LIFE 3, AND ANYTHING RELATED TO THOSE GAMES NOW!

DND online looks intresting, anyone thinking about that?

Danh920: Did you know middle earth online is now "lord of the rings online" The other company was bought out and some how the graphics look worse in the seconed demo video than the original one. I dont know this will have to be a wait and see.

Scorch: Theres not going to be a PC port of Gears of war is there?

Looking forward to in 2006
PREY - Saw a video of this at E3. It has insane weapons, graphics, enemies and gameplay.
Half-Life: Aftermath - This game is probably going to be my first preorder ever in my life.
Quake Wars - Again saw the video at E3 and it looks impressive and focused on multiplayer.

I don't pay attention to releases to avoid this kind of anticipation.

However, I'm always waiting for Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2.
