My God, they just opened a new store here in GA and it SUCKS!!! It's basically like EB Games/Blockbuster, only the prices for used games are a bit insane... I mean, come on... I know we ALL are itching to pay $42.99 (not a typo) for a used copy of Vexx for Gamecube... yes, I said $42.99... other than that, the selection is scant at best and laughable... they just ipened but at least I got 'top dollar' for Beyond Good and Evil and XIII ($12 in total) for Xbox... whoo hoo.. im rich... stab me...

Yeah, the MTC near me is the same way. But can you blame them? They don't know shit about games, and they don't care to know either. Occasionally this can work in your favor though, be it a high trade in value for a crap game, or an exceptionally low price on a rare game. For istance, I once went in to glance at the movies and found a copy of Castlevania: SOTN pre-GH for $10. I already had a copy, so I took it to GameStop and got $18 in trade.

At a local Movie Trading Co. here they had a used copy of The Wind Waker for 65 dollars. ](*,) I was wondering what the hell happened, I feel bad for anyone who buys that there, though.
The place is horrible for games for the most part, but I found some great deals on DVD's there.

It makes me wonder, though, how many of those games they actually sell to dumbass people. I saw a new copy of Vexx for like $7 on clearance at my Target a few dayst ago.

I may go back and take advantage of their buy one previously viewed, get one free coupon, but the thing is, they really don't have jack to combine... you find a rather great deal (Jak and Daxter 1 for $9.99) only to not find a good match worth the risk in getting with it... the only game I really saw there at the right price was the lone copy of Disgaea for $44.99 preowned, but I already have it...

But if video games are only a "side thing" they'll have no problem staying alive, as long as they stay competitive with DVDs.

someone wanna pikc me up a copy of windwaker for cost plus shipping?
I bought Hardball (DVD) from them for like $6. Since they are assosiated with Blockbuster (I'm assuming) they didn't even sell video games. Blockbuster did though.

Oh no question... when it comes to lowpriced DVD's for recent releases, I'm all over that... I think I may go back and see if they have Honey for $12.99...
