I thought Target won't let you get a price match on clearance merchandise.

It's a YMMV thing. It all depends on the employee you get.

it's just like Best Buy and getting someone to price match and use a $5 coupon.

Target shouldn't let you on clearance items. Their new policy that they've had for the past few years sucks. no price match, no price adj. on clearance. They wouldn't even let me put something in clearance on hold.for a lousy 24hrs to think about it. they where gettin rid of last year sony's mini disc players, 50% the $200 models price drop so $90, still didn't want to pay that much. wanted more of a $65 less tag. ended up spending $70 on the $100 model at Sams w/ extras thrown in.

Target wouldn't get my business except
1. they have great clearance, if they have any in.
2. $1.29 w/ tax cappucinos, larges w/ free refill.
3. they have good clearance somewhere. if there are no games, i go to sporting goods, if not there, i go to clothes and pick up some $2.50 clothes to go back to target in and not look like a loser when i buy my games on clearance.

3. they have good clearance somewhere. if there are no games, i go to sporting goods, if not there, i go to clothes and pick up some $2.50 clothes to go back to target in and not look like a loser when i buy my games on clearance.

they'll have brand name stuff and target brand stuff too. I've even gotten a leather jacket there at 75% off

they'll have clearance racks in clothes but it's always different. went the other day and they had a 75% off one, 50% and two 30% racks. they had some pants, i passed up a pair that fit me.To find the right size is harder as it gets cheaper. at 30% it's pretty easy, but at 75% it starts to only be xxl's and really weird cuts. they had a few mediums and one large tee. pants they had some i just didn't like the style.

The tee's i got had a dragon on them, one had a snake, i've gotten a ton of other ones throughout the years, Kohl's is also good for cheap clothes.
they had Unionbay tees for $2 and less almost a year ago. they always have something in clearance and if they have sale it's better.

While I was attempting to get those 45% off rainchecks I noticed in the video game cash register there was a wario ware, inc. for gba sitting behind the counter. I mosied over and SCORE Wario World for $7.48. It's not the best buy deal for $4.99 but I'll take it. I picked up 2 cheap PC games on clearance...Dinosaur Hunter and Siege of Avalon for 2.48 a piece. DH is more of an educational game as it lets you interact with dinosaurs in their era and also takes you on digs and such. Siege of Avalon is a Action/RPG game in the Diablo mold. Neither are bad for 2.50.

Unreal might be worth the $10. Spyhunter and Obi Wan certainly aren't, especially when you could have probably picked both of those up for less than $5 each in a week or two. Save the receipt and if you see those three titles slip to $5, buy which ever ones are left again and then return them with the receipt that has $10 per game on them and save $5 a game.

It is not rare, I don't know where you heard that it was. The ps1 Klonoa is rare, and the ps2 Klonoa is a little hard to find (in good shape, anyway).

Na, it's not a Target exclusive, I got one at Fred Meyer for $13.99. They were somewhat hard to find at one time, but about 6 months or so ago, they started showing up everywhere at the new bargain game price of $14.99 (cheaper some places). I've seen them just about everywhere,

Only the Xbox version on TMNT is on clearance as far as I know. The GC and PS2 ones aren't.

you need to think of every target as privatly owned.
clearance can vary on many factors
surrounding stores etc.
you can always try to buy from the store that is full price and return to the one that is clearance,But they will not resale you the item until
it has been put back on the shelf."generally"

Nah, his computer is probably so new, with such a powerful graphics card, that games over 2 weeks old won't run on it because the code can't keep up with the hardware. It can only run games designed to run on an operating system that will be available 7 months from now. That operating system may or may not have have a hack available to allow backwards compatibility with games developed prior to its release. I bet his computer goes to 11.

I update my computer about every 6 to 8 months with graphics and the whole kit n kaboodle. Not the best stuff, but the stuff that was the top from the last six months if you catch my drift. that way i'm never to low on the computer totem pole or to high just right in the middle so that most things work. Once in a while i'll get a new graphics card if i fell the game to be worth it like Star Wars KOTOR.

When I said that your computer is very old, i neglected to read the post as careful as i should have and thought that the game was Deus Ex the original. And yes some new computer can't play the game since it is so new, so in short sorry for miscommunication.

That game is a real good RPG on the Game Boy. Some of the best graphics i've seen on it. I just pcked up today also and i'm not that far into to it so i don't know much about the story, but it seems quite good.

Last copy. They did have a few other titles like Maximum Chase, TMNT, Desert Conflict all XBox and Gozilla DAMM GC on clearance as well. The prices weren't all great, all in the $14 - $21 range.

I managed to get another one for 60 at CC on clearance so both systems run on it. The MS tech was laughing when I asked if it would work on a PS2.
